The Serra Studio Villa is a detached one-bedroom villa with a private pool, designed for couples, solo travellers and guests looking for calm, comfort and privacy.

It is compact, but it does not feel small.

With smart use of space, a private outdoor setting and the luxury of your own pool, this villa is built for efficient short-stay performance in a market where couples and premium travellers are actively looking for privacy.

Serra Villa Dua

More space. More flexibility. More rental appeal.

The Serra Deluxe Villa offers two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious living kitchen and a generous terrace by the pool.

This villa is ideal for small groups, families and travellers who want more comfort without moving into oversized resort territory. Sensible, apparently still legal in real estate.

The layout is designed for longer stays, higher guest comfort and broader rental appeal.

Three ways to experience Serra.

Within the project, Serra Villas is divided into different zones. Each zone has its own character, atmosphere and connection to the landscape. This gives the development more depth than a standard villa park. Every location within the plan has its own logic, its own appeal and its own guest experience.

  • The Hillside: Offering wide views across the valley. This type brings openness, perspective and that elevated feeling that instantly makes a stay feel more exclusive. Views matter.
  • The Garden: Set among tropical planting, creating a more sheltered and intimate atmosphere, ideal for guests who want privacy, greenery and a stronger sense of retreat.
  • The Valley: Where the boundary between terrace and jungle starts to blur, this is where Serra feels most connected to nature.

Serra Villas is being developed in phases, allowing the project to grow with control, quality and commercial discipline. That matters. A phased development creates a clearer construction rhythm, better quality control and a more structured path towards rental operation. In overseas real estate, planning is not a nice-to-have. It is the difference between confidence and chaos with palm trees.

  • Phase 1 (in progress): The development is already well underway. The first three-bedroom villas are nearing completion and are scheduled to officially enter the rental market on May 1st.
  • This is an important milestone for Serra Villas. It moves the project from concept and construction into operation, rental performance and guest experience. In other words: from promise to proof.
  • Phase 2 (Under construction): Construction of Phase 2 started in December 2025. The planned completion of these villas is scheduled for March 2027. This next phase expands the Serra Villas offering and gives new investors the opportunity to enter the project while the destination, the market and the development continue to gain momentum. .
