Mark leads the commercial and marketing strategy behind Serra Villas. With a background in international sales and experience as Site Manager for a Google data centre, he understands what complex operations need: structure, clarity and execution.

Nathasha Miralda
Chief Operating Officer
Nathasha is an architect with experience leading some of the region’s most prestigious projects. As COO, she oversees the daily operation, manages the team and ensures that the design and build quality stay aligned with the Serra Villas standard.
She turns the vision into execution.
Agung Domenic
Head Supervisor
Agung manages the construction site and technical execution. After building his career at PT. Tunas Jaya Sanur, one of Indonesia’s major property developers, he now leads the Serra Villas technical team on the ground.
His job is simple, but not easy: make sure every detail is built right.
